Larry Lochner Jr. was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas. Since 1988 he has been specializing in quality built homes and remodeling in the Johnson County area. Larry attended Olathe North High School, where he developed his passion for architecture and building. He sketched his first set of blueprints when he was only 14 years old. Those prints, along with several others that he designed, were used to build many of the homes in the Olathe area at that time. Since then, he has built, remodeled or added on to over 500 homes.
